Blue Perch Bakery began in 2026 with two dreams that had been quietly taking shape on their own: Taylor’s dream of building her work around baking, and Ezra’s dream of one day owning a bakery of his own.
Somehow, those dreams found each other.
For us, baking has always been a way of showing love - through something warm from the oven, a classic flavor combination that feels like home, or a little sweetness shared at just the right moment. Together, we share a weakness for sweets, a curiosity for new flavor combinations, and a joy of making things that bring people together.
The name Blue Perch is a little nod to where it all began - in our little blue kitchen. It represents a place to pause, gather, share, celebrate, and dream about what might come next. What started as two separate, wandering hopes found a place to perch - and, eventually, took flight.
